Strategic Goals | Tracking Progress

Strategic Goals

City and County resources alone cannot provide full community protection and effectively meet the needs of homeless individuals living with multiple and complex disabilities. We recognize that in order to preserve and protect the quality of life in Pacific Palisades, and at the same time address the needs of our homeless people, community members must support the City and County. Our three strategic goals represent a unified approach to providing this support and addressing our community’s needs:

Tracking Progress

We measure progress by tracking…

  • The number of homeless people engaged and housed by our Outreach Team from The People Concern – Outreach Report.
  • Annual homeless count by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority – LAHSA Report.
  • The number of abandoned encampments cleaned and removed from our community – Volunteer Response Team Report.
  • The number of people provided service cards and connected with The People Concern Outreach Team by our PPTFH Volunteer Response Team – Volunteer Response Team Report.
